B-inspired are looking for two new development workers to help support the development of two new community business’s in Braunstone.

We’re in the process of developing a ‘Community Café’ based at the Braunstone Grove and a ‘Community shop’ based at our old Neighbourhood Support Base on Wellinger Way.

The community businesses will be ran by the local community, for the local community with profits being invested back in to the local community.

These exciting and dynamic new roles need lots of energy, a keen business eye and a nurturing personality to aid the support of these new ventures using community assets.

The development workers will recruit volunteers to lead the development of these new ventures.  Whilst putting in place processes to develop the new business from start to end.

The roles require a diverse skill set and in the first instance we are asking anyone who is interested in these roles to arrange a telephone conversation to discuss the role further and request a recruitment pack.
