How To Make The Perfect Pancakes!

As Pancake Day is coming up in just a week, we thought we’d share with you the perfect pancake recipe, for you and your family.


  • 100g plain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil, plus a little extra for frying


Step 1

Make a well in a bowl or jug and add the 100g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 300ml milk, 1 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil and a pinch of salt whilst gradually mixing as you go.

Step 2

Place a frying pan over a medium heat and carefully wipe it with some oiled kitchen paper.


Once pan is hot, cook pancakes on each side until golden.


Serve pancakes with your favourite filling and eat!!
