There are currently two vacancies within our staff team. We are Braunstone Foundation, a neighbourhood-based charity in Braunstone established in 2010. We lead on a number of local and citywide initiatives, working with and within the community to develop support services and to create and promote events aimed at enriching the lives of local residents.

Job Title : Sales Ledger Assistant

Salary : FTE £25,000 per annum £13.00 per hour

Terms : Permanent 

Hours : 30 hours per week 

Responsible to : Head of Operations

We are looking to appoint a Sales Ledger Assistant, to provide a sales ledger function for The Braunstone Foundation and its wholly owned trading subsidy, B-Inspired Trading Ltd. Including maintaining customer accounts, raising invoices, managing debt, providing monitoring and financial information and reports as required in support of service delivery

Experience of SAGE 50 or similar is essential.

Job Title : Neighbourhood Support Team Sessional Worker

Salary : £20,971  per annum (FTE) £10.90 per hour

Terms : Hours : 12 per week (Flexible) to include Friday

Responsible to : Service Manager (Neighbourhood) 

We are looking for a sessional worker to support the Neighbourhood Support team with all aspects of administration and in particular, systems that manage client information including the wider CRM system.
