Our Cardio Combat session is a high energy martial arts based workout that improves co-ordination and builds self-confidence, whilst burning high calories for a more toned, leaner body. The session is led by a qualified and experienced instructor who will put you through your paces!

Time:  6.00pm – 6.45pm
Frequency:  Every Wednesday
£2 per person
(Attend our Legs, Bums & Tums session running straight after and SAVE!!)
Other Info:  Only available for those aged 16+ years.
