Our Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) session is a great way for you to tone and firm up your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom! The session offers a great way to help tone up those tricky areas, whilst also enjoying all of the benefits of a group class!

All levels welcome!

Time:  6.45pm – 7.30pm
Frequency:  Every Wednesday
£2 per person
(Attend our Cardio Combat session running directly before this and SAVE!)
