Real life success stories

Steven was looking to get a job in gardening, but in the past, he had had difficulty finding work, having a previous criminal record. b-working helped Steven identify the qualifications he needed to make himself more attractive as an employee. Steven appreciated their personal approach- he commented:

“The staff are very friendly, and having staff from the estate makes it helpful, as when you go into the office you know some of the people”

He has now recommended b-working to other people, and they have helped his family and friends. Steven was able to get certificates in horticulture whilst working with a local company which means he now has recognised qualifications. In order to really get on in landscaping, you need to be able to drive, so the next step for Steven is to try to get his driving licence.
