Earlier this year, with support from ‘Mindfulness Unleashed’, we delivered a series of ‘Weekly Wellbeing’ sessions. The aim of these sessions was to enable people to develop tools and strategies they can use to improve their general wellbeing. These sessions were so successful that we have decided to run five more sessions, across May and June. 
B inspired recently received the news that we have been granted funding for the third year of Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s ‘Getting Help In Neighbourhoods’ programme. Thanks to previous rounds of this funding, b inspired have been able to deliver the ‘Get Connected, Stay Well’ programme since 2022. The project aims to improve general wellbeing and provides a wide range of ‘Taster Sessions’ throughout the year, as well as longer ‘Mindfulness’ courses and activities. The sessions take place on the following dates: Wednesday 15th May, Wednesday 22nd May, Wednesday 5th June, Wednesday 12th June and Wednesday 19th June. Each session takes place at b inspired’s Neighbourhood Support Base on Gallards Hill, LE3 1QR. 
 
The sessions are available to anyone who lives in the LE3 1 postcode area.
