b inspired Weekly Wellbeing takes place this Autumn

B inspired are delighted to announce another round of our ‘Weekly Wellbeing’ sessions.
These sessions will provide practical tools and techniques for everyday living, to stay mindful and to support your own self-care.
Dates: Wednesdays in September and October (dates below)
Time: 10.30am – 12pm
Where: b inspired, Neighbourhood Support Base, Gallards Hill, LE3 1QR
‘Weekly Wellbeing’ is the perfect opportunity for Braunstone residents to get some much needed ‘me-time’ and take part in self-care activities. The following topics will be explored:
18 Sept - The four pillars of wellbeing: being present; being curious; being connected and being your purpose
25 Sept - How to deal with stress – being at home in your body
2 Oct - How to live in the present - introducing the importance of pauses
9 Oct - How to work with anxiety and worry - calming the chattering mind
16 Oct - How to soothe yourself in difficult times – the art of Self Compassion
Weekly Wellbeing takes place, thanks to funding from Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust’s ‘Getting Help In Neighbourhoods’. The programme was developed following feedback from residents who participated in ‘Get Connected, Stay Well’.
These sessions are available to any adults who live in the LE3 1 postcode area. Spaces are limited, so please sign up as soon as possible!
