Become one of the ‘Vocal Locals’: b inspired offer singing Taster Session, with support from local music teacher
13th May 2024
B inspired are excited to announce the next upcoming Taster Session, as part of our Getting Help In Neighbourhoods ‘Get Connected, Stay Well’ programme. We will be partnering up with Laura Freeman, who teaches music and is part of Glenfield Ladies Cooperative Choir, to deliver two Taster Sessions initially; one in June and one in July.
We’re encouraging Braunstone residents to become one of the ‘Vocal Locals’, take their singing out of the shower and get involved with something new! Getting involved with singing can have a positive impact on your health and wellbeing and improve respiratory health! Plus, you don’t need any prior singing experience to get involved with these sessions.
The sessions take place on the following dates: Friday 7th June and Friday 5th July, 11am -1pm. Each session takes place at The Grove Community Hub, Cort Crescent, LE3 1QZ.
The sessions are available to anyone who lives in the LE3 1 postcode area. If you would like to find out more information or book your place on any of these sessions, the best way to do this is to call the Neighbourhood Support Team on 0116 279 5020. You can also email [email protected], contact us via social media or visit the ‘Contact’ section of our website, to send us a direct message.
