'Weekly Wellbeing' sessions are taking place in September and October. The five week programme will provide practical tools and techniques for everyday living, to stay mindful and to support your own self-care. They are available to people who live in the LE3 1 postcode area. Find out more here.  
 
All sessions will take place from 10.30am – 12pm at Neighbourhood Support Base, Gallards Hill, LE3 1QR 
 
Wednesday 18th September - The four pillars of wellbeing: being present; being curious; being connected and being your purpose 
 
Wednesday 25th September - How to deal with stress – being at home in your body 
 
Wednesday 2nd October - How to live in the present - introducing the importance of pauses 
 
Wednesday 9th October - How to work with anxiety and worry - calming the chattering mind 
 
Wednesday 16th October - How to soothe yourself in difficult times – the art of Self Compassion
